Returns Policy
I hope you love your Peakaboo purchase! However, if it's not right for you then you can follow the below steps to receive a full refund*.
How to make a return
- Please contact me ahead of returning the item so I know to expect it and the reason for your return
- Return the item/s within 14 days of receiving your order for full price stock or 7 days of receiving your order for sale stock to the following address or to the boutique:

- Any items received after 14 days will not be entitled to a refund
- Return postage costs are to be paid by the customer
- Items must be returned in their original packaging in their original condition, unworn and unwashed
- For hygiene reasons, returns cannot be accepted on pierced jewellery or underwear - all other items can be returned for a refund. Swimwear must be returned with the protective label still intact
- *Any delivery charges will not be refunded
- Sale items can only be returned for exchange and not a refund
